a fun week coming up
Tuesday Dec 17 – classic skiing – 5-630pm – meet Carol at the team room – we will ski the awg time trial course – it is looking like a universal klister day or rode violet might do it.
Thursday Dec 19 – classic skiing – 5-7pm – AWG qualification race – ski prep – glide wax with performance red (this may change if the temp changes dramatically – so check back) – scrape and brush glide zone – we will test grip on wednesday and post a recommended grip for you to use. .
Saturday Dec 21 – 930-11am – strength workout and skate ski – meet at the team room
