We will have a short week as a team, with some training on your own after that (your training peaks are updated until the next Calforex Cup in January). I will also post the following 2 weeks (training during the break) in another post.
Tuesday (20): Z1 CL ski and gym strength. 4:30-6:00pm.
Wednesday (21): Z1 SK combo, 4:30-6:30pm
Thursday (22): Train on own. 1.5hr Z1 classic ski for everyone.
Look to your training plans for Friday-Sundays training (I gave you xmas day off, but feel free to change around the day off if you want to ski that day)
