Hi everyone,

Great job this weekend to all of you who raced in the AB Cup races! I was impressed with all your hard work and great skiing on those tough courses!

Monday: Skating – Remember a headlamp!!
During this session we will also be measuring the height and arm span of all the kids to track where they are in their growth relative to their peak growth rate. This is an annual measurement for all kids in the club.

Thursday: Classic, wax: our favorite Rode multigrade, 4 layers.
Meeting place: outside of west end of CNC day lodge (end closest to the flags)

Coming up:

Canmore World Cups Dec. 13, 15,16 – Plan to take in at least one of these races at the Nordic Centre. These are the best skiers in the world skiing right on our home turf. It will be amazing racing to watch, and the Canadian team will race faster with our cheers!!

Dec. 22 BCRR race – sprint relay, lots of fun, please just sign up yourself as an individual , the coaches will make the teams once we have all the entries
