Hi everyone,

Hopefully the weather will warm up this week and we can enjoy some outside time on skis again.

Remember to bring a headlamp to every practice until the light comes back sometime in February

Here is the plan:

Monday: classic, CNC (we will classic again because the snow will be too cold still for good glide, more fun to classic than work really hard on skate skis ), wax will be 3 layers of rode multigrade covered with 1-2 layers of Swix extra blue. Update: We will go ahead with the session. Temps and wind will be like last Monday so we will escape to the trees again. Wear a toque, buff, and mitts tonight and lots of layers (same as last Monday). See you out there!

Thursday: skate, CNC

Coming up:
Alberta Winter Games trials: All those TA 2002-2003 kids and 2004 Intro kids (2004s not eligible for games but can still do the trial race – register as a mini midget) that want to try out for the winter games need to register on Zone4 by Dec. 15th. The trial race to be held at CNC during a regular TA session (might not be wrapped up until 7pm) on Thursday, December 19. There is no fee to register.
