After a cold weekend and plenty of snow last week we are back on track with regular training and preparing (again) for the first Alberta Cup this weekend!

    Monday (1)
Classic Technique. Wax with Swix Blue Extra, make sure you have a binder to keep the wax on and have Rode Multigrade and a cork in your drink belt! Hopefully you have glide waxed your skis with LF 4 so they will run a little better in the colder snow?! 😯 Dress warm, the wind chill will make things quite cold and don’t forget your head lamp!

    Wednesday (3)
Skate speed and course inspection for the AB Cup. If you have new skis you haven’t given a test run tonight would be a good opportunity. Head lamps please!

    Friday (5)
Ski’s will need to be prepared and delivered to the Team Room for the weekends races. Check back here later in the week for more specific information.

    Saturday (6)
Skate Distance – Mass Start, 2km.

    Sunday (7)
Classic Distance – Individual Start, 2km.

*Both races count towards selection for the Alberta Development Team so this is a good chance to get some early results on the board if you’re a T2!

More specific races details will be posted later in the week.
