Great weekend in Sovereign and I understand the BCRR was good too. 8) 8) 8)
Here’s the plan for this week:
Tuesday (13): ABWG trials for 1996-97’s. Classic. Glide wax your skis with Solda Perfomance Red and put on a thin layer of Swix VG35 basewax or Toko green. Show up to the team room at 1630 to finish waxing your skis. First start is scheduled for 1730. All done by 1830.
Non ABQWG eligible athletes will go for a 1.25hrs Z1 skate workout by themselves.
Wednesday (14): Team room, 1630-1800. Z1 & sprints in skating. We will have a short team meeting at the end to discuss the Rossland weekend and xmas holiday schedule.
Thursday (15): No team training but a short 30min Z1 run from home. Glide wax your skate skis with Solda Performance Red and pack – check email sent last week for all the details on the Rossland trip and preparing your skis.
Friday (16): Meet at Canmore Rec Centre at 0615 for departure. Race prep on course upon arrival. Check TP.
Saturday and Sunday: Rossland Norams.
Monday (19): Rest day for all…
