Hello LCs,
LC2s, WinSport, and PCs, great racing out in Sovereign! That was a solid effort and good race weekend. 5 races in 9 days is a lot of racing! Rest up.
You all should have received an email, but just to follow up, AB Cup 3/4 in Edmonton December 19,20 has been POSTPONED. Be sure to call the Holiday Inn and cancel your hotel reservation. 780-440-5000 or 1-877-711-7070 When we receive more information, we will pass it on.
Details on training days over the holiday coming soon, but in the mean time, if you are in town on December 28th you can sign up for the holiday relays. Details on the top of the forum.
Training for this week:
Tuesday(15): 4:30-6:30 Classic ski and Strength. Meet at the teamroom
Wednesday(16): No team training
Thursday(17): 4:30-6:15 Skate intensity (LC1) or speed work (LC2).
Friday(18): No team training, but a great day to meet a teammate and go for a nice distance ski since it is a 1/2 day at school.
Saturday(19): 10:00-12:00 Skate sprint training. Come ready to ski hard and fast, just like a sprint race. We will meet at the end of the flags on the snow as there is a biathlon race today. Bring a big parka, extra gloves in a backpack
