Hello TTs,
Quick note from me about the week to come while Allison is traveling back from Rossland; check back for more details later in the week. First off, great ski at Lake Louise! Good training on some uneven tracks and a great day of skiing out there.
Monday (15):
Classic skiing with a focus on transitions. Wax with Rodi Multigrade and finish with 1 layer of Swix Blue Extra. This should give you solid kick with some nice glide as well. Don’t forget your drink belt and headlamp.Wednesday (17):
Skate accelerations, working on holding good technique as we try to go faster in preparation for Sunday’s skate race. Please be on time, I would like to start skiing at 5pm. Headlamps essential!Weekend: Conditions are marginal in Edmonton. More information to come from Matt by email as it is released from Edmonton Nordic.
