Over the Holiday Break get out with family to enjoy time together being outside gliding on snow. Lots of wonderful ski trails in the valley to enjoy. Give yourself the rest you need as well so you are energized at the end of the holiday. I will be taking the 21-27 off to recharge the batteries out of the office, then we will have 2 team sessions the second week of the break.

    Team Training:
    Monday(28): Classic Ski @ CNC
POD 6: 12:30-1:45 Meet beside teamroom
POD 7: 12:30-1:45 Meet in front of teamroom
POD 8: 1:45-3:00 Meet beside teamroom
POD 9: 1:45-3:00 Meet in front of teamroom
We will work on technique this afternoon- both striding and double poling.
    Wax Recommendation- Rode Violet Multigrade

    Saturday(2): SKATE Relay @ CNC
POD 6: 1:00-3:00 Meet @ the Green Power Box
POD 7: 1:00-3:00 Meet @ the Fire Hydrant
POD 8: 1:00-3:00 Meet beside the teamroom
POD 9: 1:00-3:00 Meet in front of the teamroom
We will make up to 8 teams of 3 skiers each when everyone arrives, then ski out to have a fun physically distanced relay. Feel free to bust out a costume, funky wig, or flashy spandex!

It will be great to have 1 parent out to help lead a group out to Freddie’s Flip Trail.
