We will not have any scheduled practices this week, as Caitlin and I are both travelling back home to spend a little time with our families!
January 2
A little Enduro action! This is a fun event for all U14, U16 and U18 athletes. Please sign up by January 1st.
There have been a few changes to the race sections due to the snow available, the document will be updated with the new maps this evening! Due to the changes there is no requirement to ski the course before hand anymore. Please meet in the xc stadium ready to roll at 9am!

Awesome job everyone!!! To bring it back to ski racing I think a good lession from today is how many seconds there are to be gained on downhills. You train really hard to be fit and fast on uphills, its a GREAT investment to push yourself on the downhills in training as well so when it comes time to race you’re on the front foot. People BECOME confident downhills, they aren’t just born that way. Like everything taking downhills as speed takes practice. Here are the times.
