    Hello,

We will have 4 organized team training sessions over the holiday break, but it will be great for you to get out for lots of fun skiing and other activities while you are out of school. The team sessions will be in the mornings, but if it gets super cold, we may adjust to try and ski in the warmest part of the afternoon. Check back for updates.

With the cold weather, you should glide wax your skis with LF4. It will make skiing on the cold snow much more enjoyable.

    Saturday 30th
Sorry- No team training due to cold.

    Sunday 31st
Canceled due to cold temps and moved to tomorrow. It is not good for your lungs to go hard when it is -20C. Cross your fingers it warms up tomorrow.

    Monday 1st 1:00-2:30 @ CNC
CLASSIC relay with LCs and RADs. Get that race suit out and get ready to go for it. No need for a puffy jacket, just proper ski clothes to warm up and cool down in. Toques, buffs, and mitts are needed when it is this cold. TTs will race approximately 1.5km.
It would be great to see you all, but we do understand it is a Holiday. So if you have plans with family, no worries, we will see you on Thursday.
Please update your race choices on the club spreadsheet here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1GagisLYTFC_ISMQjtWHwPmlTVc3bT0-cCIrlfmIpYpE/edit?usp=sharing

    Thursday 4th 10:30 – Noon @ CNC
Skate Time Trial racing 3km. We will use trails out in the system a little ways away from the day lodge to avoid all the tourists. Once again, no puffy needed, just warm ups that you will peal off to then race.

    Saturday 6th 9:30 – Noon @ Cascade Fire Road
Classic ski out the Cascade Fire Road. Nice long distance ski. Parents welcome to come along. Wax recommendation Rodi Multigrade Violet.
