Hello Team!
Great job in the races…. I was impressed with your level of skiing for this early in the season. Let’s do it again next weekend.
This mid-week will be easy with the Sovereign races coming up.
A change: we will now classic on Friday at Sovereign. Prepare your skis as per the email you received on Sunday. Choose a pair of classic warm up skis to ski on at Sovereign (you can use those skis to warm up for the classic race on Saturday).
We will make a wax recommendation on Wednesday evening. I have received the Solda Perfoamnce red. I will sell it at the Wednesday workout ($30 for a 250g block). Please bring exact amount or a cheque to CNSC.
Deadline to register for Sovereign is Tuesday December 4th on zone 4.

Training This Week: remember we have no team room – meet on the snow.
Tuesday (4): T3 and LC: 4:30 – 6:00 – skate. Technique and easy ski on banff trail, don’t bring your best skis and maybe we can explore a bit what else is out there to ski on.Wednesday (5): T3 and LC: 4:30 – 6:00 – skate. Zone 1 and speed
Thursday (6): No Group Training. Pack up
Friday (7): Leave Canmore by 7am. Silver Star – classic
Saturday (8): mass start – classic
Sunday (9): ind start – skate
