Our AB Cup/YOG trials/ AWG trials are coming up this weekend on the XC Race Trails. If you have missed the regular registration, you can still sneak in there with a late registration until Tuesday. All the details are on our website. /ab_cup_1-2/

4:45-6:45 Strength and Classic Ski. U18 in the Gym first, U16 skiing first. Skiers meet in XC stadium.
Wednesday(6)
Multi/Primo/TTS-Dev
4:45-6:15
Classic Ski focusing on finish tactics. Mostly distance with some sprints. Meet in the XC Stadium at 5pm.
Thursday(7)-No TTS-Dev Strength due to race weekend

3:00-4:00 AB Cup race prep- Skating. Meet in the XC Stadium. The workout will be:
If you are testing skis, do that at the start of your workout, then train on your 2nd pair.
1 lap of the distance course in Z2. 1 lap of sprint course in Z2. 1 Lap of sprint course at Bulls eye. 6×8 sec sprints around the sprint course at key points. 2 min rest between each sprint. Cool down for remaining hour.
4:45-5:45 AB Cup race prep- Skating. Meet in the XC Stadium. Remember your headlamp!
There is an athlete social from 4:00-5:00 in the BWTC
