What an excellent start to the racing season. I have been super impressed with how you are all improving your technique and really going for it in the races!!

**There is some very cold weather headed our way this week. Please make sure you are dressed appropriately for the weather this particularly applies to covering your head and wearing thicker gloves!!

    Monday 5th: 5 – 6:30pm
Classic skiing working on Double Pole and technique change overs. Wax recommendation: freshen up your Swix Blue Extra from the weekends ski at Lake Louise, for those who didn’t you’ll need a base binder then a good cover of Blue Extra. It is going to be very cold tonight so please bring a pair of indoor sports shoes, we will ski for 45 mins then come inside to do some balance work. Headlamps and drink belts essential. Please make sure you have a wax and a cork in your drink belt as the Club does not provide wax for training sessions.
*NO workout for biathletes who competed on Sunday.

    TT Biathlon: 6:30 – 7:30pm
    Rifle Cleaning and Race Debrief

    Wednesday 7th: 5 – 6:30pm
    –CANCELLED DUE TO EXTREME COLD–
Unfortunately with the lack of indoor facilities available to us we will have to skip tonight’s workout. Please be careful exercising in these temperatures, dress appropriately and go an easy pace!!

    Saturday 10th @ BWTC: 9-10:30am
With even colder weather predicted for today we will head inside to work on our pipes!! Strength & rolling in the gym with Rhonda and Alaric, it will be $7.50 each. You will need a clean pair of indoor shoes to change into once you are in the building and to have a parent sign a waiver when are dropped off. Please make sure you have the exact change so that it doesn’t take a long time for everyone to pay 😛

The mark of sportsmanship is not how good they are at their best
but how good they are at their worst.
