Great racing this past weekend Team –
Lots of good performances out there. Canmore Nordic showed up to race fast. The first weekend of racing is done. Let’s talk about what we learned and what to look forward to at our team meeting on Wednesday (not Tuesday anymore). Please arrive on time.
Tuesday (7): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1 classic + gym strength
Wednesday (8): 4:30-6:00pm. Z1 skate with speed work.
PARENT/COACH PRESENTATION AT BWTC TONIGHT, 6:30PMThursday (9): Travel to Silver Star for most.
Friday to Sunday: See your training plan.
