    Hello LCs,

What a weekend! Your racing fields were nearly the size of many Western Championships and some Nationals and you all got in there and gave it your best. Well done out there. Hopefully you all were able to learn something from the weekend to help you become a better racer.
-LC1s, rest up and let yourself recover after a big weekend.
-LC2s, WS, and PC- 1 more race to go. Let’s have some fun on Tuesday morning.

A HUGE THANK YOU to the race organizers and volunteers. This event was one of the largest at the Nordic Center and you ran an amazing show. As well, thanks to the wax team for your tireless work on the great skis for the weekend and to Andrea and Jen for your perfectly timed coffee delivery to keep the waxteam and coaches kicking.

Those of you traveling to Sovereign December 10-13 have received details from Alain via email.

More information regarding AB Cup 3/4 in Edmonton December 19-20 should be coming this week. Stay tuned.

    Training this week:

Tuesday(8): 4:30-6:30 Strength first and then a Wax clinic. Bring your skate race skis to wax/work on. It will never hurt to get more layer of wax in your skis. If you are racing the sprint in the morning, no team training.

Wednesday(9): 4:30-6:30 Classic ski with a focus on Double Pole. Meet at the teamroom. If you raced on Tuesday-Rest.

Thursday(10): 4:30-6:00 Skate intensity. Meet at the teamroom.

Saturday(12): 10:00-12:00 Classic ski at Shark Mountain. We will take a rip around some of the challenging and fun race tracks then head out to Watridge Lake.
