A couple of friendly reminders…..
*Please cover your head if it is -5 or colder OR if it’s snowing. This includes when the snow guns are going as skiers end up with a very wet head when wearing a Buff/headband and skiing near the guns.
**NO headlamp = NO ski. Skiers without a headlamp will be asked to stay in the team room.
***Be on time to all workouts.

Classic skiing @ Nordic Centre – working on DP and technique change overs
*NO workout for biathletes who competed on Sunday.

Wednesday 7th
Skate skiing @ Nordic Centre – working on One Skate

Saturday 10th
Distance classic ski @ Mount Shark (hopefully). Rhonda/Alaric to lead

Monday 12th
Classic @ Nordic Centre – working on Mass start, traffic training and speed

Wednesay 14th
Skate @ Nordic Centre – speed work and technique changes
Guest coaches from AWCA to join us.
**Registration for AB Cup 3 & 4 closes.

Thursday 15th
Early bird registration for AB Youth Champs closes.

AB Cup 3 & 4 Friday 16th – Sunday 18th
Be prepared to travel to Edmonton on Friday morning and meet the coaches in the afternoon for a course preview and race preparation. Keep your eyes out for registration to open.

Monday 19th
Skate technique – balance & technique changes
NO WORKOUT – if you raced in Hinton

Wednesday 21st
XMAS themed dress up ski. Classic skills circuit in teams @ Nordic Centre 😛

Saturday 24th
TBC most likely skate at Nordic Centre

Friday 30th
Club XMAS Relays 8) You’ll want to be part of this super fun dress up event!
