Over the next 2 weeks we will have a Recovery Meal Challenge! At the start of each session coaches will do a survey to see who has a recovery meal to eat right after training (1 point), and also a bonus point to who has the best meal for the day. Whoever has the most points at the end of the 2 weeks will get a prize. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you do not get a point.

Monday (13): 4:30-6:00 Skate Combo
Tuesday(14): 4:30-6:00 Skate Intensity Combo (Part will be just skiing to shut down the range for the Kinder Cup set-up).
Wednesday(15) 4:30-6:30 Skate- Relay cross training! Meet at the teamroom. We will be working on the different features of the relay cross tonight.
Thursday(16) 4:30-6:30 Skate Combo and Strength
Saturday (18) 10-12 Time Trial
Sunday (19) – Join XC – See Matt’s forum, or workout on your own – on Training Peaks
