Monday 5:00-6:30 CLASSIC. For those that went to the ABWG’s, take the night off and rest up from the weekend. For everyone else, put on a few layers of Rode Violet over a base binder of ironed in Toko green, Rode Black, or swix VG35. It’s important to apply the binder or the wax of the day will just rip right off. Crayon on a layer of binder, and heat gun/ iron/ or hair dry the wax to warm it up, smooth it out with a cork, let cool, repeat for a second layer. Then after the second layer has cooled, apply the top coat.
Thursday 5:00-6:30. SKATE. Bring your rock skis if you have them, you may have the choice of doing some ‘off piste’ skiing. If good skis are your only option there will be perfectly groomed trails for you aswell.
