Just a couple more days before our departure to the Westerns. It will be exciting racing. I hope you are looking after yourself and resting. We will only have 1 group workout together in Canmore this week.
Tuesday (19): 10:00-11:15am. Skating with speed.
Wednesday (20): Departure for Westerns. Meet at Rec Centre at 8:15am.
