Hi everyone,

Just a quick reminder that we need parents to sign up to be parent helpers every session. I had nobody signed up last session but lots of parents just showed up to help which was great. Here is the week ahead:

Monday: Classic, wax: universal klister or race klister from Nipika. Bring some Rode multigrade hard wax as we may cover the klister. Hard wax alone Will not work! Note we will be leaving the stadium at 5pm so please arrive on time (no games to start).

Thursday: Skating.

Keep your fingers crossed for more snow this week so we can get out there on some of the other trails.

Saturday: Built for Speed race, Bragg Creek.
Two Classic events, a time trial and a fun relay. More info on event: http://builtforspeedeventseries.blogspot.ca/.
**After the big thaw and freeze up, race organizers will make a call on Wednesday as to whether or not the race will proceed . Will update this post when I hear. Register on Zone 4. Check back Tuesday for an update.

Coming up: Monday Feb. 9th 6-6:20 pm brief information meeting for Kimberley trip in the team room. One parent from each family should plan to attend.
