    Monday (22): 4:45-6:15 Technique Combo
    OFF for XC Western-ers

    Tuesday (23): 4:30-6:30
    LC1 and 2: Skate Combo

    Wednesday (24): 4:30-6:00 Team Intensity
    Individual meetings before or after.

    Thursday (25): Western-ers depart for MB
    Others: Classic Team Ski (4:30-6:00)

    Friday (26): Off

    Saturday (27): 10:00-12:30 Classic Ski at Lake Louise. Meet in the upper parking lot ready to ski at 10am.

    Sunday (28): Depart Westerns for AB
