HI Team, Great weekend. From the BCRR to the Ski Tournament it was a fun filled weekend with great weather and great skiing.
Monday 5:00-6:30. CLASSIC. Wax: if it snows, which it is forecasting, then apply Rode Violet (0), if it doesn’t snow, apply Swix Universal, or Start wide Klister, or likely the wax from the BCRR will work. Check out the Trail Sports webcam, or check in with the CNC daylodge to ask about current conditions.
Also for the kids going to ABWG’s you will be cleaning and waxing your skis from 6:00-6:30, both skate and classic, bring both sets of skis. Benches will be set up and equipment ready to use. Solda Performance Red will go on your skate skis, HWK K1 will go on your classic skis. Skis will be scraped and brushed. Warm up skis need to be clean, and sandpapered aswell (to be done at home, unless there is time). If parents want to do the waxing at home, the kids can stay apart of the session. Please plan to help your kid out during that 6:00-6:30 time.Thursday 5:00-6:30 SKATE. Bring a headlamp.
Planning Ahead:
Satuday Feb 25th: Next event will be the Kananaskis Cookie Race, BCRR#4. Held at Peter Lougheed Provincial Park.
