Hi everyone,
Here is the week ahead!**Kimberley Kootenay Cup: Registration closes on Thursday. It’s a go! Details in email sent Tuesday night.
Monday: Skating, parent meeting at 5 – 5:20pm in team room regarding Kimberley trip this weekend. The coach over there says there is still adequate snow on the trails as of Sunday morning. I am trying to get more info about conditions before the meeting tomorrow.
Thursday: Hike up Lady Mac. Meet at Cougar Crk parking lot at 5pm, pickup at 6:30pm. Dress for the weather, with good running shoes or hiking shoes (no snowboots), water, ski poles. A headlamp is MANDATORY, no headlamp no hike.
Saturday and Sunday: Kimberley Kootenay Cup. More details on waxing recommendation to follow this week. If the event is a go we will have an athlete/parent meeting at the condos in Kimberley on Friday night.
