Monday: Skate
Meet at biathlon stadium to start with a game while everyone arrives.
We will then go up the world cup trails and do a workout up there!Thursday: Classic
Meet at team room for wax. Please have a base binder on the skis- ready to apply the wax of the day.Upcoming Events:
WESTERN CANADIAN SKI CHAMPIONSHIPS
THURSDAY FEB 19TH – CLASSIC SPRINT- KINGS COURT FORMAT
SATURDAY FEB 21ST – CLASSIC 1KM – 2km
SUNDAY FEB 22ND – SKATE 1km – 2.5kmThis is a wonderful opportunity for us to participate in a Western Canadian Championships. Our group would not travel to such an event, but since it is in our home town, we certainly should all plan to participate. I think everyone is ready for the 3 day event, and you will find it a good experience.
As far as I know, the sprints on Thursday will be out of the daylodge stadium, the Saturday and Sunday events will be using the biathlon trails. Check on the left hand side of the web site for more info on the Westerns.
REGISTRATION IS ON ZONE 4: DEADLINE FEBRUARY 15
***There will be no Track Attack sessions on Monday Feb 16th – family day, or Thursday February 19 – sprint race day.***
