Wednesday (12): LC/LC+. 1645-1815. Classic intensity. Meet at team room. You need a heart rate monitor in good working order for this session. If you don’t have one, borrow one, or go for an easy run for 50 minutes from home.
Thursday (13): No team session today. Take a look at your Training Peaks.
Saturday (15): LC/LC+. 1145-1315. Skate intensity. We will exceptionally meet at the front of the bwtc since the AWG athletes will be in our team room.
