Hello TTs,

Great racing over in Kimberley! As it was a fun filled weekend packed with hard racing and other activities, some recovery is needed. So have a rest Monday to get that energy back up.

This weekend is Alberta Winter Games for many of you in XC or BIA. Information meeting on Tuesday night at the BWTC.

Lastly, Alberta Youth Champs (March 6-8) will be here before we know it! It feels a long way off, but some athletes have missed out on the event as there are a limited number of beds available at the event. So, if you are going, it is good to sign up earlier than later. Training this week:
Monday (10)- No team training

Tuesday(11) *BIATHLON* 5:00-6:30 @ CNC **AWG Meeting at 6pm. Justin will lead practice afterwards.**
Biathlon. Those going to AWG will be practicing in the category they qualified in. At 6pm Eric will depart for meeting with AWG athletes.

Wednesday (12) 5:00-6:30 @ CNC
Skate Ski focusing on downhill skills. We work sooooooo hard on the uphills to gain time in a race, we should not loose any time on the downs.

Saturday(15) 12:30-2:30 @ CNC
Special Session for everyone not racing at AWG. Classic skiing really dialing in some great technique. Meet at the front of the teamroom.
