It is critical you take great care of yourself this week before the AWG’s and BC Champs. 3 races in 3 days plus the travel is very hard.
Tuesday (13): LC/LC+, 4:30-6:00. Classic. For those going to BC Champs -> BE intensity. For those going to AWG -> distance ski for the first hour.
Wednesday (14): LC/LC+: 4:30-5:30. Skate skis but bring classic and skate poles.
Also note that the workouts during next week’s family week will be in the morning (Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat). There is also the AB Cup on the Sunday that you need to register for.
