Congratulations to everyone that went to the AWG. Zone 2 rocked the place! Congrats to Russell and Paul at the Quebec NORAMS too!
Note that I will circulate the glide wax recommendation for this weekend’s AB Cups on Thursday morning.
Here’s the plan for this week:
Monday (13): Cheap registration deadline for the Cookie Race is at midnight today. https://zone4.ca/reg.asp?id=2559&lan=1&cartlevel=1
Tuesday (14): Z1 classic, recovery pace. 1630-1745. No team session for AWG athletes, check TP.
Wednesday (15): Z1 skate ski + strength in gym. 1630-1800.
Thursday (16): No Team Training today, but not a day off. Check TP. Glide wax your skis for tomorrow’s departure.
Friday (17): Depart for Drayton Valley in the morning (organize with school ahead of time).
Saturday/Sunday: AB Cups in Drayton Valley.
