ALBERTA WINTER GAMES AND WESTERN CANADIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS WEEK
A huge week of racing for CNSC skiers. Great times had at AWG and new challenges faced at Westerns in Prince George. Make sure you take care of yourselves with adequate rest and recovery.

Monday 15th
Fun ski for those who are not at AWG. Skating – usual time of 3 – 4 – 4:30pm.

Wednesday 17th
NO Workout – rest after AWG. Some skiers to Westerns.

Saturday 20th @ Lake Louise – time TBC
Ski at Lake Louise, more details to come. Rhonda is leading so please correspond with her on the day if you are running late or not able to attend 403 609 0760.

The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.
