Multi-Primo-Supremo

Skate time trial prep for Saturday

Pod 3-4-5: Arrive at 1645. Warm-up for 15min and meet your pod at 1700. Done at 1815

Thursday (18):
Multi-Primo-Supremo

Full skate equipment plus your classic poles. Distance with strength

Pod 3-4-5: Arrive at 1645. Warm-up OYO for 15min then meet your pod at the usual location at 1700. Done at 1830. Finish at 1800 for those that did hard intervals on Monday

Saturday (20):
Multi-Primo-Supremo

Rocky Mountain Ski Challenge Time Trial. Check your emails for details
