Hello TTs,
Well done to all the AWG athletes over the weekend! That was a great event, but takes a lot of energy. Take it easy this Tuesday. Sleep in and have a good restful family week. Just 1 session this week as we the team is off to Camrose and Edmonton for Alberta Cup and Calforex Cup Racing!
Tuesday(18) **BIATHLON**5:00-6:30 @ CNC
Biathlon will be at the same time as usual. We will work on setting everyone up on prone slings tonight!Wednesday(19) 9:00-10:30 @ CNC
We will take advantage of no school and enjoy some morning training in the light. Classic ski with striding and games.
