Great weekend in Drayton Valley. Nice skiing over there….
We are now building aerobic capacity for the next 10-12 days. This means some good Z1 distance and the occasional harder effort. Please make sure that you monitor yourself regularly. Morning heart rates for the younger ones with good ilog comments. Full monitoring form for the older ones.
Here’s the plan for this week:
Tuesday (21): No team training. Look at TP for details.
Wednesday (22): Z1 ski skating followed by strength in gym. 1630-1830.
Thursday (23): Another change of Plan. Christine and I are sick and we will not go to Kananaskis. Go ski at the CNC for 2.0-2.5hrs in easy Z1. Sorry about this.
Saturday (25): Cookie race. Plan to arrive 1.25hrs before your start (remember that you could be parked far away). I will post some waxing recommendations on Friday morning.
