Monday (22):
No group training today for XC skiers. Check your Training Peaks for personal training
Wednesday (24):
Multi-Primo-Supremo
Recovery ski if you did the loppet, Intensity if you didn’t. Classic for all
Intensity POD: Heidi, Nadia, Myriam Naashkii, Ella. Arrive at 1645. Warm-up for 15min and meet at clock at 1700. Done at 1815
Males that raced the RMSC: Arrive at 1645. Warm-up for 15min and meet at the shed at 1700. Done at 1815.
Females that raced the RMSC: Arrive at 1645. Warm-up for 15min and meet at US Flag at 1700. Done at 1815
Thursday (25):
Multi-Primo-Supremo
Full skate equipment plus your classic poles. Distance with strength
Pod 3-4-5: Arrive at 1645. Warm-up OYO for 15min then meet your pod at the usual location at 1700. Done at 1830.
Saturday (27):
Multi-Primo-Supremo
Classic ski on Cascade Fireroad.
All pods will ski for 3 hours total. Ski out for 1.75hr, eat a bar and start skiing back. Be sure to pack a lunch and dry clothes for after training (20 minute rule). Each pod to meet at the gate/start of the groomed trail at your designated time.
