Hello Team,
I presume after a full week off school you are all rested and ready to race hard again! Please note the different training times for the sessions this week and the 6:30pm Tuesday meeting for athletes/parents attending Nationals.
Tuesday (25): 5:00-6:30 Skating intensity, take a look at your training zones for this session before coming to training. Bring a change of clothes and a snack for after training. Following training we will have a Nationals meeting at the BWTC for athletes and parents. 30 minute meeting starting at 6:30pm.
Wednesday (26): 5:20-7:15 2 training options:
Option #1 Zone 1 classic ski 5:20-6:25 then attend Pilates at the BWTC from 6:30-7:15. Be sure to bring a change of clothes and yoga matt for Pilates.
Option #2 Zone 1 classic ski 5:20-7:15
