It is critical to recover this week before preparing the final load and taper for the ski season.
Mon (25): Rest and recovery. Do some stretching in the evening.
Tue (26): 1630-1800, Z1 classic with technique work in diagonal striding (lead by Matt D). Individual meetings – 20min each at bwtc. Meeting order: 4:40: Nelson, 5:00: Peter, 5:20: Natasha, 5:40: Stefan, 6:00: Ben
Wed (27): No team training but a 1hr recovery classic ski OYO tonight. More individual meeting (bwtc)s: 4:20: Aidan, 4:40: Mitch, 5:00: Kirsten, 5:20: Matt, 5:40: Marc
Thu (28): No group training, check TP.
Sat/Sun: Training oyo as per training peaks. Perhaps a group ski at Goat Creek on Saturday.
Problems are only opportunities in work clothes.
