    This is for T3’s as well this week, but disregard the note about checking your Training Peaks. 8)

    Good job at the Cookie Race everyone. I was impressed with how you approached the longer distance; nobody seemed intimidated. :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

    Please pay attention to the details in your TP training plan for the next 2 weeks. We are trying to be as efficient as possible. It’s also time to tell your teachers you will be away for 2 weeks during Nationals and ask what you need to do for homework. Don’t delay.

    Lake Louise Loppet: You have been racing enough weekends now, we will not do the LL loppet this coming weekend. The only exception are Russell and Paul, and possibly Sam (if feeling better). Stefan: you can do it if you feel like it, just let me know on Tuesday.

    *** You will need to check your TP before each workout as I will put some individual details on your training pace. You absolutely need a heart rate monitor these next 2 weeks. If yours is broken, borrow one. Don’t show up without it please.

    Tuesday (28): 1630-1815, team room. Z1 skate. Check your TP before.

    Wednesday (29): 1630-1815, team room. Z1 classic. Again, check your TP.

    Thursday (1): 1630-1830, team room. Workout broken in two. 1) Z1 skate ski (check TP). 2) Fun “hors piste” ski on skate rock skis and old poles. Bring both set of equipment and we will change in the middle. No padding required, but bring your best yell!

    Saturday (3): OYO. Continued aerobic capacity building.
