    Hello LCs,

Good work over the break completing lots of quality training and also over the last 2 weeks with our recovery snack challenge (winner will be announced on Tuesday). You should be tired after all that training, but feeling better by mid week. As well, just because we are not continuing the challenge, you should still bring a good recovery snack every day for right after training, especially now that you are in the habit of it.

Athlete of the month voting is now live for February. Think of someone who has been a good teammate and send a vote their way. Voting closes March 1st.

The final AB Cup of the year is coming up this weekend. Registration closes Wednesday March 1, 2017 – 23:59 pm. I recommend that all LCs register for all 3 events over the weekend, but if your energy still quite low on Tuesday and your body has not recovered after last week’s training, please talk with me before registering.
