    Monday 29th
    Skate tour. Enjoy the trails that Canmore has to offer with your ski buddies. A few relay change overs to be thrown in as practice for AYC. Drink belts a must!

    Tuesday 1st March – Time Trial with Foothills
    If you are going to miss Monday or Wednesday nights workouts you may like to join Foothills for the TT. If you want to do the TT, please skip the Wednesday night workout.
    GENERAL INFO
    Date/Time: Tuesday, March 1st. Meet at the FNSC wax room @ 5:45PM for TT info and race briefing. Were aiming to be wrapped up by 8:00PM.
    Technique: Skate.
    TT format: ind start (10 sec interval).
    Headlamps are mandatory

    COURSES
    Mini Midget/Midget: 2KM
    Juvenile/Junior 3.5KM

    6:45PM: Mini Midget and under, B/G x1 loop. 2KM.
    6:50PM: Midget B/G x2 loops. 4KM.
    6:55PM: Juvy/JR and up, B/G x2 loops. 7KM.
    Sign up by 3:30pm on Monday 29th.

    Wednesday 2nd
    Classic ski – working on step-double pole and technique transitions. Wax recommendation to come. Drink belts needed!

    Friday 4th – Sunday 6th – Alberta Youth Champs 😛
    Fri – Travel to Camp Kiwanis – dinner with buddies
    Sat – Skate indiv start, relays. Relay theme to be announced soon!
    Sun – Classic indiv start.
