Great work last week with some quality skiing. This week the program is off to Kimberley for the Kootenay Cup. Be sure you have registered by February 4th. https://zone4.ca/register.asp?id=22955

Training this week:

Monday(3) 5:00-6:30 @ CNC
Skate ski with technique and a game. Be sure to have your headlamp so we can venture off the lit loop.

Tuesday(4) *BIATHLON* 5:00-6:30 @ CNC
Biathlon. Those going to AWG will be practicing in the category they qualified in.

Wednesday(5) 5:00-6:30 @ CNC
classic ski getting some good speedy movement preparing for the weekend’s sprints. Wax recommendation- Rodi violet, but put some viola extra in your pocket.

No team session Saturday as the program is going to Kimberley.
