Hello Team –
I am still in Ottawa, but here’s the plan for Tuesday, Feb 5th:
Z1 skate ski. 1630-1745. Intensity for those that didn’t go to Easterns, easy recovery for the others.
Make sure you sign up for the Tour Da Ski on a separate post.
Also, parent meeting on Wednesday for those going to Nationals. Again, check separate post.
