Hello TTs,

You have been making some great progress with our big technique focus block over the past few weeks. We will have 1 more day of super focused skate technique to really solidify all this great work you have been doing. As well, if the weather cooperates, we will venture up to Mt Shark for a day of skiing some fun skate trails.

Monday 5th @ CNC
Skate technique work getting into some offset to make those hills easier to climb. Meet at the teamroom.

Wednesday 7th @ CNC
Classic ski with a sprint relay. We will start with a little kick double pole technique work, then get you moving fast. Come ready to ski hard a couple times to get a feel for sprinting and relays. Meet at the teamroom.

Saturday 10th @ CNC
10:00 to Noon. Skate Ski CNC, meet at the teamroom. We will start with a little video then go ski all the natural snow trails out there.

With all the recent snow, uncertain grooming conditions, high avalanche danger, and poor road conditions on Spray Lakes Road, we will save Mt Shark for later in the year (hopefully March).
