Monday 8th
Sprint skills – skating. We will work on a good sprint warm up and technique at speed. Meet in stadium at 5pm. Drink belts & headlamps needed.
Wednesday 10th
Classic – overspeed, cornering and skiing efficiently on the flats. Wax recommendation – Swix universal klister K21 or K22, Rode Red or Red Special. Meet at the end of the flags. Please be on time as we will start skiing away from the parking lot at 5pm, around the tear drop and up to the whales tail. Head lamp and drink belt essential.
