Classic Time Trial @ CNC. Start time TBC, some time after the WC Biathlon race.

Built 4 Speed event at Bragg Creek. You are welcome to attend however, there will be no race support provided.

Sprint skills – skating.

Wednesday 10th
Classic – overspeed, cornering and skiing efficiently on the flats.

Saturday 13th – Tuesday 16th
Athletes at Alberta Winter Games. Good luck and have a great time

Fun skate ski with athletes NOT at AWG.

Wednesday 17th
No workout! Skiers to rest after AWG. Those who didn’t go get out and do something active with a buddy 😛

Western Canadian Championships, Prince George

Adventure ski with Rhonda. Location TBC.

Monday 22nd
Skate – technique intervals
No workout for athletes who attend Western Canadian Championships

Skate Time Trial with Foothills & Bragg Creek. Meet at FNSC Team Room, #4, at 5pm. Get ready to rip around the Mine Scar and take on your closest buddies from local clubs.
