Here are the team sessions for the first 3 weeks…
Week 1:
Monday (28): Rest day, or light activity day.
Tuesday (29): Biathletes shooting session, 4:30-6:00pm.
XC skiers should go for a Z1 workout: 50-60min run, or 1.25-1.75hr bike ride with 4 X 45sec accelerations (1 per 3min) in the middle of your run/bike. Concentrate on 23 strides per 15sec if you are running.
Wednesday to Friday: Canmore camp, please refer to the previous post by Alain
Week 2:
Tuesday (6): 10:30am-12:30pm. Classic rollerski + strength in gym. Meet at team room. Bring a copy of your current gym strength plan.
Wednesday (7): 9:00-11:00am. Z1 run + skiwalk. Meet at Quarry. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ILOG TODAY.
Thursday (8):
a.m. 9:30-11:30am. Z1 run. Meet at Cougar Creek parking lot.
p.m. 1:30-3:00pm. Biathletes shooting session.
Friday (9): 9:00-11:00am. Biathletes time trial with older crew (SK Rski)
Week 3:
Tuesday (13): 10:30am-12:30pm. Z1-3 ski stride and strength in gym. Meet at Team room.
Wednesday (14): 9:00-11:00am. Z1 Rski SK technique. Meet at Harvie Heights parking lot. You must have a safety vest to participate.
Thursday (15):
a.m. 9:30-11:30am. Z1-2 Rski classic. Meet at Team room.
p.m. Biathletes shooting session. 1:30-3:00pm
