    Hey Girls and LC (girls and guys) athletes:

    You have now done 7-8 sessions of your strength plan. Attached is your strength document. Go ahead and start “Strength 3” tomorrow and use this plan until we change again. Youy can also start using “Home core 2”.

    Guys: your plan is still good for a couple weeks yet.
