    Hi Team

    2 items I need from all of you!

    1) It’s that time of year again… blood work time! Please see your doctor to get blood work. CBC, hormones + iron are key. As we start a new training year we need to make sure your body is in order, this is a simple test that can tell us a lot.

    2) Goals! I have attached a goal document. Please fill it out to the best of your ability and get it back to me by next Tuesday (19th)!
