The Christmas holiday break may be here but there will are plenty of activities to keep you moving!

    Monday (22)
Recovery ski with your family, super easy, no official training session.

    Tuesday (30)
Due to predicted cold temperatures we will not ski today, instead we will head inside for our wax clinic and afterwards to the gym. 9:30-11:30am meet at the Team Room with a pair of classic and skate skis and some waxing equipment. Bring a pair of shoes that you don’t wear outside for the gym and shorts and a t-shirt to change in to. 😯

    Friday (2)
Double pole workout with Time Trial. Wax your classic skis please, no skating gear  Meet at the Team Room with skis waxed and ready to go at 3:30pm, (3:30 – 5:00pm workout). Rode Multigrade should do the trick but not too many layers as we won’t be doing a lot of climbing.

    Built 4 Speed CANCELLED!
Sunday 4th January CNSC is hosting the first Southern Alberta B4S event. There will be 3 events including a game of mingle, skate race and a cross country cross (terrain park action). We need volunteers to help make the day a success, no prior experience is necessary and it will be a good opportunity to be ‘eased’ into volunteering for races before taking on an AB Cup!! Thanks to all the parents who have signed up to help. Providing the weather is nice to us and continues to warm up the event should be heaps of fun!!

Registration for the event is on Zone4:

Here’s to a fun filled and adventure packed 2015!
