Hello TTs,
Fantastic racing over the weekend!
I had a chat with the coach/ member of the OC from Kimberley and their Kimberley Kootenay Cup is on schedule to go as planned. I will send out a trip document in a little bit, but more info can be found on the event page here: https://www.kimberleynordic.org/kootenay-cup
Training this week:
Monday (10) No team training- rest and recover from the weekend
Tuesday (11) Skate @ CNC
5:00-6:30 Meet at the teamroom
Thursday (13) Biathlon @ CNC
4:45-6:15 Biathlon training
Saturday(15) Classic Ski @ Cascade Fire Road
10:00-12:30. Classic ski on the Cascade Fireroad. We will train at the same time as the LCs, but ski in a different pack at our TT pace. Please only travel with people you live with. Parents are welcome to join. Check the club wax guide to wax your skis. Bring your drink belt, a snack, and dry clothes to change into after your ski. Meet at the trail head.
