Sat, Jan 20: 9:00-11:00 Skate Combo Intensity (Bring 3 boxes of ammo) (LC/LC+)
Mon, Jan 22: 4:30-6:15 Skate Combo (LC+)
Tues, Jan 23: 4:30-6:30 Physical training + strength, please check XC forum for details.(LC/LC+)
Thurs, Jan 25: 4:30-6 Race Prep Intensity (LC/LC+)
Friday: Official Training for Edmonton (Let Rachel know if you are or aren’t planning to come) (LC/LC+)
Sat/Sun: Calforex #3 Edmonton
